OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN) Lois Ann Fleshood, 84, of rural Marion, Indiana, died at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, December 10, 2009 at Marion General Hospital. She was born May 20, 1925 in Wabash County, Indiana, to Philip and Emma (Stouffer) Roser. Lois was a 1943 graduate of Lagro High School. She married F. Leigh Fleshood on November 29, 1946 in Wabash, Indiana; he died December 5, 1997. She is survived by three children, Ronald (Carol) Fleshood of Greenfield, Indiana, Barbara Jane (David) Frey of Macomb, Michigan, and John (Lesley) Fleshood of Elmhurst, Illinois; nine grandchildren, Amy (Matt) Dusing of Franklin, Indiana, Jeffrey Fleshood of Putnamville, Indiana, Sara (Mike) Bruno, Scott Fleshood, and Brent Fleshood, all of Greenfield, Indiana, Douglas Frey of Chicago, Illinois, Kevin Frey of Livonia, Michigan, Christopher (Jessica) Frey of Marine City, Michigan, and Matthew Fleshood of Elmhurst, Illinois; and two great-grandchildren, Will Dusing of Franklin, Indiana, and Natalie Frey of Marine City, Michigan, also surviving are 10 sisters & brothers, Betty McKillip of Wabash, Phoebe (Leon) Ridenour of Roann, Don (Lois) Roser, Helen (Lloyd) Hoppes, Peggy Riggs, Mary Alice (Fred) Reed, Marcella (Tom) Houlihan, Shirley (Harold) Atkinson, and Carolyn (Don) Everest, all of Wabash, and Robert (Marjorie) Roser of Roann. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Verne Roser, James Roser, and Philip H. "Dan" Roser, Jr., and three sisters, Katherine Clupper, Ardith Smith, and Martha Shaffer. Private graveside services at Falls Cemetery in Wabash will be at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash. In lieu of flowers family asks for a donation of ones time, talents, or treasures to those in need in their local communities.
