Jeannette INCHIOSA

Jeannette Inchiosa Zirkle, 90, of 15583 S. Norrisville Road, Meadville, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, at Rolling Fields Inc. of Conneautville. She was born in Meadville Aug. 2, 1915, a daughter of the late Magno and Filomena Ambrosett Inchiosa. She married Fred R. Stainbrook in 1935. She later married Dowden D. Zirkle Jan. 22, 1943. She was co-owner/operator of Zirkle?s Tavern with her husband for many years prior to selling the business. In her earlier years, she worked at the former Talon Inc. and former Meadville Malleable. She was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her husband, Dowden Zirkle of Meadville; a son, Fred Stainbrook of Harborcreek; stepdaughter, Dorothy Zirkle of Meadville; stepson, Donald Zirkle and his wife, Shirley, of Conneaut Lake; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Nazeren (Whitey) Inchiosa and Frank Inchiosa; and two sisters, Alviro Cipro and Mary Roth. Calling hours will be today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Fr. John Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
