Gary Allen Zirkle, 72, of Luray died on Monday, April 16, 2007, at MontVue Nursing Home. He was born on Dec. 1, 1934 in Luray and was a son of the late Cecil Richard 'Dick' Zirkle and Mary Hoover Theis Zirkle. On Feb. 14, 1965, he married the former Judy Ann (Courtney) Thurston, who died on Aug, 20, 1985. He is survived by a son, Timothy Alan Zirkle of Luray and wife, Stacy Lynne Zirkle; and a grandson Timothy Alan Zirkle II. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Carroll Zirkle and a sister, Mary Anne Russell. Burial in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
