Er war der dritte Hofbauer auf dem Oberfallengrundhof in Neukirch. Er wurde 1925 an der heutigen Stelle errichtet. Seit 1994 dient der Unterfallengrundhof als Kulisse in der SWR Fernsehserie " Die Fallers " und ist bekannt als " Fallerhof ". Der alte Hof stand seit 1751 etwa 100 mweiter nördlich vom heutigen Standort. Er ist 1924 abgebrannt.
