On 12 September 1918, as Peter Frank Medenbach, he registered in Newark, Essex, New Jersey (Card version C, Serial Number 3605/A3539). He stated his occupation was a ship carpenter working in Kearny, New Jersey. This second Card notes that he had previously registered in Vancouver. On both cards his address was 71 Howard Street, Newark, New Jersey. The Card completed in Canada reported his birth date as 28 November 1887 instead of 27 November 1887. | |
