In the marriage registry, Johann Alardus Hollinden is reported to have married Catharina Maria Langen. In the baptismal register, however, five children are reported to be the offspring of Hermann Hollinden (probably Johann Alardus' brother) and Catharina Maria Langen. Moreover, Johann Alardus Hollinden had married Anna Margaretha Meyer with whom he had a son in 1769. Anna Margaretha Meyer lived until 1816, so Johann Alardus Hollinden must have been married to her from 1769 until 1816, if he did not die before 1816 and he could not have married Catharina Maria Langen.
