Vivian P. Heinzmann September 13, 1917 to July 31, 2014 Vivian P. Heinzmann, 96, of Shattuc, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her sister’s home in Salem. She was born September 13, 1917 the daughter of Ernest and Nellie (Richardson) Deadmond. She married Harold Heinzmann November 12, 1935 in Gorham, IL. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1987. Survivors include her sister Eileen Koelling of Salem; nieces Virginia Heinzmann of Centralia, Sue Marlow of Odin, Shirley Russell, Judy Brennan, and Maryellen Timmerman, and Tammy Fyke; nephews Lester Heinzmann, wife Mary, Paul Heinsmann, wife Martha, Darrell Ahlf, wife Mary Frances, Aubery Lippert, wife Betty, and Bob Ross; great-nieces Amanda Wilson, husband Steve of Owensboro, Kentucky and Candice Ullery, husband Jason of Salem; special friend Norman & Carol Lippert; and several other great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Nellie, sister Helen Ross and son Donald Lee Heinzmann. For 51 years, Vivian was married to Harold. She was a farm wife, who enjoyed cooking and traveling. She was a member of the Shattuc United Methodist Church. Services will be held at 12:01 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2014 at Day Macz Funeral Home in Sandoval. Rev. Mark Meyers will be officiating with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Odin United Methodist Church.
