Delores "Dee" Jean Robinson Kuntzelman Fay Casey

Funeral services for Delores "Dee" Casey, 55, longtime Lewis resident, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Roland Funeral Home, with Charlie Morrow, pastor of the Lewis United Congregational Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery near Lewis.

She died Saturday, March 10, at the East-West Wellness Center in Tijuana, Mexico.

The daughter of Frank and Wilma Watson Robinson, she was born Jan. 23, 1935, west of Lewis and graduated from the Lewis High School in 1952.

She married James Kuntzelman in 1953 and they lived in the Omaha area. She returned to Lewis in 1963 and was a telephone operator in Atlantic for five years.

She married Lester Fay at Papillion, Neb., in 1968 and they owned and operated Fay Amusements in Lewis.

Mr. Fay died in 1978 and she married Michael Casey in 1980 and they operated the Casey Coin Machine Business. She was a member of the Lewis United Congregational Methodist Church and a member of C.O.I.N., along with several other coin machine organizations and the A.O.PA.

Surviving are her husband, Michael "Mike" Casey of Dothan, Ala.; two sons, Gary Kuntzleman of Omaha and his wife, Donna; Doug Kuntzleman of Phoenix, Ariz., and his wife, Brenda; a stepdaughter, Sherry Kuntzleman Rabe of Omaha; two grandchildren, Kris J. Kuntzleman of Omaha and Karen Kuntzleman of Phoenix.

Also surviving are four step-grandchildren, Joel, Jeffery, Rebecca and Timothy Rabe of Omaha; her mother, Wilma Lora Robinson of Lewis; a brother, Bill Robinson of Camdenton, Mo., and his wife, Joyce; a niece, Diana S. Robinson and a friend, James Ortworth; a nephew, Steve D. Robinson and wife, Sue, all of Camdenton, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Fay; her father, Frank O. Robinson in 1986; her grandparents, Harry and Gertrude Robinson, William and Minnie Watson.
