sie übernahm nach dem Tode ihres Bruders Johann Aloys Babtist im Jahre 1831 das
Passauer'sche Anwesen in Freising. In ihrem Testament stiftete sie mehrere
Messen. Das Anwesen hatte bei der Übernahme durch Ihren Bruder J.A.Babtist
einen Wert von 200 fl. Der Erbe von Helene Passauer - Martin Stoeber -
verkaufte im Jahr 1857 das Anwesen an die Stadt Freising zum Bau eines
Knabenschulhauses für 10.000 fl. Das Lederer-Geschäft wird am 11.4.1859 um 1000
fl an Franz Xaver Bader verkauft.
