Theudebald (auch Theobald, Theodolt; † 719) war der jüngere Sohn des bayrischen Stammesherzogs Theodo II. und der Folchaid. Er regierte von 711 bis 717 als Mitregent seines Vaters über einTeilherzogtum nachdem sein Vater das Herzogtum unter seinen vier Söhnen aufgeteilt hatte, in Passau oder Salzburg. Verheiratet war Theudebald in erster Ehe mit Waltrat, und in zweiter mitPilitrud. Theudebald hinterließ keine Nachkommen. Er starb im Jahre 719, zwei Jahre nach dem Tod seines Vaters.
