Licinia Eudoxia (* 422; † 462) war die Tochter der Athenaïs und des oströmischen Kaisers Theodosius II. Seit 437 war sie mit dem weströmischen Kaiser Valentinian III. verheiratet. Die beiden hatten zwei Töchter, Eudocia und Placidia. Nach dem Tod Valentinians im Jahr 455 wurde Licinia Eudoxia zur Ehe mit dessen Nachfolger Petronius Maximus gezwungen. Bald darauf überfielendie Vandalen unter Geiserich die Stadt und verschleppten Licinia Eudoxia und ihre beiden Töchter nach Africa.
