Gertrud, auch Gertraud (* 18. April 1115; † 18. April 1143) war das einzige Kind des Kaisers Lothar III. (Lothar von Süpplingenburg), Herzog von Sachsen, und der Richenza von Northeim.
Sie heiratete am 29. Mai 1127 auf dem Gunzenle den Welfen Heinrich den Stolzen, der seit 1126 Herzog von Bayern war und nach dem Tod seines Schwiegervaters auch Herzog von Sachsen wurde. Heinrich und Gertrud sind die Eltern des Sachsen- und Bayernherzogs Heinrich der Löwe.
Nach Heinrichs Tod 1139 heiratete Gertrud am 1. Mai 1142 in zweiter Ehe Heinrich II. Jasomirgott, den Markgrafen von Österreich († 1177).
