Bertha von Hohenstaufen (* 1116 † nach 1148) war die Gattin von Markgraf Hermann III. von Baden und Titular-Markgraf von Verona. Sie war eine Tochter von König Konrad III. (* 1093; † 15. Februar 1152) und seiner Frau Gertrud von Comburg (* um 1095; † 1130/31). Aus ihrer Ehe mit Markgraf Hermann III. von Baden im Jahre 1134 ging Hermann IV., Markgraf von Baden († 13. September 1190) hervor. Nach ihren Tod im Jahre 1148 fand sie ihre letzte Ruhestätte in der Grablege der Markgrafen von Baden im Augustiner-Chorherrenstift St. Pancratius in Backnang.
