Er schatzt 1631 als "Blesin im Nidern Hove" 2 Reichstaler. Desweiteren werden als auf dem Hof lebend genannt: "Drey Tochter 18 Schilling, Eine Magdt 1/2 Kopfstück, Ein Knecht 1 Kopfstück, Pflugh Junge 1/2 Kopfstück".
Aus einer Prozessakte aus den Jahren um 1640, die den Blintroper Hof (Niedernhöfen) betrifft, ergibt sich, dass der Balver Amtmann Ferdinand von Wrede "vom Kölner Tilman Verße vom Kapitel St. Severin wegen des Todes seines Schwiegervaters (Blasius) die Herrgewette für 20 Reichstaler zu erpressen sich erdreistete". Demnach muss Blasius um 1640 gestorben sein.
