Er kauft am 5.2.1627 von unmündigen Brudersohn (Neffen) Valentin Bergzow das Ackergut, das er bals darauf seinen Schwiegersohn Erdmann Zerbst überläßt Das wüste Ackergut des im Jahre 1632 verstorbenen Ackermann Hans Nielebock in Großwulkow hat er gekauft und übergibt es seinen Sohne Peter Bergzow + 1648 OO Gertrud Öltze + 1648. Sie hinterlassen eine unmündigeTochter Susanna Bergzow . Die Vormünder der Susanna Bergzow (ErdmannZerbst und Valentin Börs) verkaufen das Gut am 10.11.1657 an Hans Hörstke Sohn des Claus Hörstke (Quelle Staatsarchiv Magdeburg Rep.
