erwarb das Haus Mesmers in Eschbach 1907 Otto Helmle (1890-1903) geb. am 11.11.1875 als Sohn des Christian Helmle und der Theresia Hug, lernt den Beruf des Schuhmachers. Für ihn läßt Pfr. Gustenhofer im Seitenflügel des Pfarrhauses eine Mesnerwohnung herrichten. Den Mesnerdienst versieht er vom 4.12.1890 bis 25.3.1903, wo er diesen Dienst an seinen Bruder abgibt und mit seiner Mutter in das neu gebaute Haus am Weg ins Steyrental umzieht. Am 7.4.1908 heiratet er mit Rosa Düsch und stirbt am 7.7.1932.
