Das „Säghäusle" stand _unterhalb des Vorderen Schneebergs und wurde 1819 als einstöckiges Wohnhaus mit Scheune und Stallung gebaut. Leopold Ruf (1801-1884) besaß es bis 1834. 1834 verkaufte er die Säge an Karl Riesterer vom Vorderen Schneeberg und erwarb den Hinteren Schneeberg. Leopold Ruf hat 1835 den Hinteren Schneeberg für 1700 Gulden gekauft 1844 verkaufte Leopold für 1450 fl. den Hinteren Schneeberg an Trudpert Wisler von Hofsgrund.
