First, I want my wife to have my clay bank mare and side saddle, one bed,bedstead and furniture, and one beaureau. I also want my granddaughter, Polly Jane Hopkins, to have sixty dollars worth of property in addition to one bed and furniture I have already given her. I also wish all my other personal property to be sold and proceeds divided with my children. I also wish the balance of my land divided beginning at a stake in the lane that divides Reuben Hurt's land and my own near a small mulberry and running with the cross fence a northerly direction until it strikes the land I sold to E. L.Hopkins, and my desire and wish is that E. L. Hopkins shallhave the land on the west side of said line and that P. H. Hopkins shall have the land on the east side of said line which part includes the dwelling house where I now live by E. L. Hopkins and P. H. Hopkins, paying unto my other children their proportionable part of the worth of said land, the price to be hereafter ascertained by agreement with the heirs, and if they cannot agree upon afair price, then to leave it to two or more referees to be selected by them, that is the heirs, giving E. L. Hopkins and P. H. Hopkins a reasonable time to pay the money for the land. I also want it expressly understood that my wife, Polly Hopkins, is to be paid forty dollars per year during her natural life to be paid by E. L. Hopkins and P. H. Hopkins out of the price of my land,they retaining a sufficiency in their hands out of the price of the land instead of paying it out to the other heirs. I also wish and appoint, P. H. Hopkins, and H. W. Hopkins to attend to settling up my business, take notes and pay my debts. Jeden Tag gaben Mitwirkende aus der ganzen Welt neue Datensätze ein, tausende verwendeten die Website als Bildungs-Nachschlagewerk, lange verlorengegblaubte Verwandte wurdenwiedergefunden und Millionen von Menschenleben bleiben in guter Erinnerung.
