<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;">Kenneth Dermott Alexander, 64, a beloved brother, father and grandfather, died peacefully at home August 1, 2015. Alexander, a Milford resident, worked as controller for the Town of Westport for many years. He was previously a long-time employee at City Trust in Bridgeport. He was born in Bridgeport, and remained an area resident all his life, graduating from Fairfield Prep and Fairfield University. Alexander loved living near the water and would often, in his free time, sit on the beach witha good book. He was an avid golfer as well as a trusted friend, missed by many. His children and grandchildren will always remember his Sunday dinners and summertime adventures with grandpa. Survivors include his children Jennifer and husband David Speringo of Spring, Texas, son Christian and wife Krystyna Alexander of Monroe. Three siblings Margaret (Penny) Alexander of Bridgeport, Maureen (OE)and husband Jim Fullerton of Scotts Valley, California and Deborah and husband Bud Salerno of Santa Cruz, California. He is also survived by five grandchildren Ava and Olivia Speringo and Kailey, Colin and Kamryn Alexander. He was predeceased by his parents Margaret and Kenneth Alexander and sister Sharon Brooks.</span></p>
