Václaw „Wenzel“ VLK wurde im Januar 1943 von als Zwangsarbeiter nach Deutschland verschleppt und lebte bis Kriegsende im Mai 1945 in Karlsruhe. Ab Mai 1945 lebte er zunächst in Baltersweil und danach in Tiefenstein im Kreis Waldshut. Weil er Repressalien in seinem Heimatland befürchtete blieb er und versuchte ab 1948 als Flüchtling anerkannt zu werden (Quelle: https://arolsen-archives.org/suchen-erkunden/suche-online-archiv/)
