<p>Erwin ist immer mit gegangen aufs Feld, wo seine Mutter Anna arbeitete. Er liebte seine Mutter und Großmutter. Als er 10 Jahre alt war und aus der Schule nach Hause kam, fand er die Großmutter veblutet im Bett. Sie war auf dem Feld und hatte von der Gerstenähre vermutlich eine Spelze o.ä in der Krampfader. Daran verblutete sie. Der kleine Erwin erlitt einen Schock, als erseine Großmutter tot sah und musste anschließend längere Zeit ärztlich betreut werden, da er mit dem Verlust seiner geliebten Grßmutter nicht klar. Er konnte nach dem Tod lange Zeit nichts essen.</p>
