Balduin war das Pflegekind des Zacharias Mäder und der Pauline Berger. Von ihm st ammt der auf Pergament handgemalteLebensbaum mit dem Dankgedicht aus Anlaß der Silberhochzeit seiner Pflegeeltern. Balduin war ein angesehener und geachteter Mann in seinm Heimatort. Sein Wort hatte Gewicht und fand allgemein Beachtung. Nach Mitteilung der Gemeinde Lohma (Oktober1995) gehörte Busch auch schon zu früherer Zeit zum Kirchspiel Lohma. Es ist daher anzunehmen, daß das Gut in Buschaursprünglich aus der Familie der Eva Müller stammt, das Zacharias(1) Mäder gekauft hatte.(s.d.)
