Helen Vennemann, her sisters and their de Buys cousins moved to Los Angeles in the early 1900s from New Orleans, Louisiana. Carl Malmgren and his sisters, who had been born in Nebraska andlived in Houston, Texas also moved to Los Angeles about 1904. Here L-R: Letitia Vennemann Bernard, Mildred Bernard, Maurice Joseph Bernard, Helen Augusta Malmgren, Helen Vennemann Malmgren, Carl Malmgren & John Henry [Jack] Malmgren pose for posterity!
