Ra(m)nulf I. von Poitiers (* um 820; † 15. September 866) war Graf von Poitou von 839 bis 866, Herzog von Aquitanien von 845 bis 866, sowie Abt von Saint-Hilaire-de-Poitiers von 841 bis 866.
Er war der Sohn von Gerhard, Graf der Auvergne und der Hildegard, der Tochter Ludwigs des Frommen, Äbtissin von Laon. Verheiratet war er mit Bilchilde Aus der Familie der Rorgoniden, der Schwester Roricos, Graf von Maine, die zuvor mit Bernhard von Poitiers, dem Bruders Emenons, verheiratet war.
Ranulf und Bilchilde Hatten drei Kinder:
Ranulf II. (* um 855; † 5. August 890) Graf von Poitou 867
Gauzbert († 893)
Ebalus († 2. Oktober 892) Abt von Saint-Denis
Ranulf I. starb in der Schlacht von Brissarthe durch einen normannischen Pfeil. Seine Nachfolge ist nicht exakt geklärt, es scheint aber so, als habe Bernhard von Gothia nach Ranulfs Tod die Grafschaft in seine Hand gebracht.
