Ramsgateon Saturday of Mr.C.Home a former member of the Ramsgate Town Council.The deceased who was a retired builder and contractor was 76 years of ageand was a prominent Freemason. He was also a member of the Ramsgate andSt Lawrence Conservative Association and was elected an Oddfellow in1863. The funeral of the deceased gentleman who leaves a widow, four sonsand a daughter took place on Thursday afternoon at St.Lawrence Churchyardwhen the Vicar of St.Lukes Ramsgate officiated. The chief mourners were:-his wife, Mr & Mrs. Charles Home (son & wife), Mr & Mrs A.R.Home (son &wife), Mr.& Mrs.F.Home (son & wife), Mr.& Mrs.J.R.Brooks (daughter &husband), Mr.Percy J.R.Home (son), Mr.John Evans (brother in law),Mr.John Read (nephew) and Mr.P.Cox.}
