Eau Pleine Resident Dies After Illness
Junction City - Michael Wayerski, 74, died at his home in the town of Eau Pleine at eleven o'clock Sunday night following an illness of six months' duration. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 17 at ten o'clock in the morning at St. Michael's Catholic church in Junction City with Rev. Peter Kuljeka in charge. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
Michael Wayerski was born in Poland, Germany on September 29, 1858, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wayerski. At the age of twenty-one he came to Chicago, where he spent seven years. After his marriage to Miss Mary Wayerski at Chicago, they moved to Junction City, where they resided until three years ago, when they moved to a farm in Eau Pleine.
Surviving besides his wife are nine children, Mike and Mayme at home, John of Knowlton, Jake and Frank, Mrs. Clara Sterz, Mrs. Catherine Piekarski, Mrs. Agnes Piekarski and Mrs. Tillie Skibba of Junction City, also one brother, Frank of Chicago and two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Koslowski of Junction City and Mrs. Anna Rothke of Germany.

FUNERAL THURSDAY
Funeral Services for Michael Wayerski, Sr. of the town of Eau Pleine, aged 74, who died at 11 o'clock Sunday night following an illness of six months duration, will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at St. Michael's Catholic church in Junction City, Rev. Peter Kurzejka will officiate and burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Wayerski was born in Poland on September 29, 1858. He came to this country at the age of 21 and spent the first seven years in Chicago. Following his marriage in Chicago he moved to Junction City where he and Mrs. Wayerski resided until three years ago, when they moved to a farm in the town of Eau Pleine.
Besides his widow, Mr. Wayerski is survived by nine sons and daughters, Mike and Mayme at home, John of Knowlton, Jake, Frank, Mrs. Clara Sterz, Mrs. Catherine Piekarski, Mrs. Agnes Piekarski and Mrs. Tillie Skibba of Junction City. (provided by Charlotte Zaleski, Marshfield, WI)

FUNERAL FOR MR. WAYERSKI
The funeral of Michael Wayerski Sr., of the town of Eau Pleine, who died Sunday, was held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Michael's church in Junction City. Rev. Peter Kurzejka conducted the services and officiated at burial rites in the parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were Frank Kosloski, John Mallek, Jacob Mallek, John Roman, John Czaplewski and August Beck. Mrs. Alice Robak and Adeline Wayerski were in charge of flowers.
Out of town persons present included Mr. and Mrs. John Wayerski of Knowlton; Mrs. L. J. Vechinski of Port Edwards; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mayer, Mrs. T Monette and Mrs. Mary Arendt of Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. John Wirth of Nekoosa; Mrs. William Anklam of Stevens Point and Mrs. Stanley Berlik and daughter, Alice, of Schofield.
