Details: Adolph G. Becker Adolph Gustav Becker, 79, Winchester, Va., died of cancer Friday (Jan. 20, 1989) in a Fairfax, Va., nursing home. The son of the late Gustav and Louise (Lichte) Becker, he was born Sept. 19, 1909, in Kenosha. He attended local schools. He left Kenosha for Indiana in 1960. He returned to Kenosha in 1977 and then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In 1987, he moved to Winchester, Va. On June 24, 1931, he married Helen Rasmussen, at the Kenosha Bible Church. He was employed by the Simmons Co. for 44 years. He retired as division manager of the furniture finishing department in June 1970. Surviving are his wife, in Winchester; a son, William Adolph Becker, Annandale, Va.; a daughter, Patricia Becker Jensen, Sterling, Va.; two brothers, George W. and Theodore, both of Kenosha; a sister, Ida Homes, Kenosha; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rudy, in infancy, and Harold. The Everly Funeral Home, Fairfax, Va., is in charge of arrangements. Clipped from Kenosha News January 22, 1989 Adolph G. He was superintendent for Simmons Co. and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Surviving with his wife, Helen M. Becker, are a daughter, Patricia L. Jensen of Fairfax; a son, William Becker of Fairfax; a sister, Ida Becker Homs; and two brothers, George W. Becker and Theodore Becker. A funeral was Tuesday in Everly Funeral Home, Fairfax.
