She was a homemaker. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home, Fountain and Union boulevards. A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery, 1001 S. Hancock Ave., with the Rev. Burl Kreps officiating. Evergreen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Doerflinger was born Sept. 2, 1908, in Kenosha, Wis., to Charles and Elizabeth Gira. She had lived in Colorado Springs since 1949. Mrs. Doerflinger was married June 27, 1928, in Kenosha to Charles W. Doerflinger, who is deceased. She is survived by two daughters, Loretta Sportsman of Colorado Springs, and Carol Litell of Canon City; two sisters, Helen White of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Kate Ross of Tujunga, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
