Glenn SWARTZ

Glenn Swartz Glenn Swartz, 75, 1723 30th Ave., died Sunday (May 15) at 12:22 p.m. at St. Catherine's Hospital. The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John F. (Martha) Swartz, he was born Nov. 4, 1907 in Somers. He was a lifetime area resident and graduated from Kenosha High School. He married Lucille Bullamore on Nov. 25, 1937. He was associated with Swartz Nurseries all his life, retiring in 1973 as operating owner. He was very active with the Som- ers Softball Cardinals Team, who were state champions for several years. He was also a member of Somers United Church of Christ, Somers Hunting and Fishing Club, Wisconsin Nurserymen's Associa- tion, Wisconsin Horticulture As- sociation, and was former treasurer of Wood Road School. Surviving are his wife at home; three sons, Richard R. and John M both of Kenosha, and Robert G., of Onalaska, two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Susan) Summers and Martha, both of Kenosha; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold F. and Roy F. , and two sisters, Mrs. Luella Morgan and Loretta G. Swartz.
