| 1 | Details: Harold Schwartz, 69, Dies at Hospital Harold F. Swartz, 69, an associate of the Swartz Nurseries in Somers, died at the Kenosha Hospital Friday noon following a short illness. Ile was born in Somers March 6, 1893, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John F. Swartz. He received his early education in the schools of Somers Township and Kenosha high school. He also attended the University of Wisconsin. Swartz served with the U.S. Army in the Mexican campaign and was also a veteran of World War I, serving with the Air Corps. Following his discharge in May of 1919 ho became associated with Swartz Nurseries. Ile is survived by two brothers and two sisters, Roy, Wilmot, Glenn, Mrs. Luella Morgan and Miss Loretta Swartz all of Kenosha. Kenosha News 15.12.1962 |
