He lived near Estill Springs, Franklin County TN about seven miles from Tulloma. Name of first wife is unknown. Seecond wife was Nancy C. Farris (born May 30, 1820 in Franklin County TN). Died April 2, 1912 and is buried in Estill Springs, TN. Nancy was the daughter of William and Martha (Clardy) Farris. see Farris Family history of Franklin County TN.
