Henry BROCKMAN

1. In the 1850 Miller co., MO census he a clerk and on page 354 and

he was enumerated in the household of Wm. Lenox.

2. Marriage year 1852 given in WFT 40:224.

3. Enlisted in CSA in July, 1862 in SE MO and became the Captain of

Co. K, 10th Rgt., 2nd Inf., MO Brigade. He fought at Prairie Grove,

Helena, Ark., and LA; wounded in the battle of Pleasant Hill, LA;

was discharged 17 Jun 1865.

4. He moved his family from MO to AR in 1866 and he farmed eight

miles SE of Star City, Lincoln co., AR.

5. He and his wife were buried in the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist

Church cemetery in the Butler Community, south of Star City, AR.
