Knickle - Knickle, Gordon A. (Jim) - 83, 69 Knickle St., Lunenburg, died Sunday in Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Lunenburg, he was a son of the late Albert and Ida (Conrad) Knickle. He was a retired supervisor of the maintenance department at National Sea Products. He was a former member of Lunenburg Curling Club. He was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Lunenburg and a former member of the board of managers. He was an avid sports fisherman and hunter. He was a former member of Rod and Gun Club and the Wildlife Association. He is survived by his wife, the former Muriel Nauss; four sisters, Mrs. Hattie Dares, Lilydale; Mrs. Eldora Oxner, Mrs. Charlotte Corkum, both of Lunenburg; Sadie (Mrs. Earline Colp), Newton, Mass.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Ronald in infancy; two sisters, Gertrude, Maizie; a stepsister Mabel; two brothers, Willis, Guy. The body is in Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Rev. Laurence Mawhinney officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg. Immediate family flowers only. Donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Fishermen's Memorial Hospital or any Charity.
