Mary Marguerite Roser, Aged 97, died Dec 4 2004 at Wabash Christian Retirement Center. She was the daughter of George W. and Julia (Robertson) Morgan. Mary Marguerite and Raymond B. Roser were married Sep 10 1927, in Albion Illinois. Mrs. Roser worked for many years as a proofreader at The Carmi Times. She was a longtime member of Maunie United Methodist Church, where she served as the church pianist. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Donna Roser of Carmi, and Charles and Delia Roser of Ft. Worth, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five brothers, Grover, Chalon, Dale, Kenneth and Frank Morgan; and four sisters, Eathel Roth, Ethel Stokes, Emma Giltner and Sue Pumphrey.
