Captain Charles "Chuck" Roser, age 77, of Crockett passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at HCA Conroe. Chuck was born May 9, 1945 in Maunie, Illinois to parents, Raymond Broderick Roser and Marguerite Morgan Roser. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Vietnam retiring as a Captain RN. Chuck worked as a director of nursing homes in Ft. Worth, collected coins, life magazine and guns. He was a member of the Huntsville Church of Christ and was an avid outdoorsman and loved taking care of people. Chuck is survived by wife, Cely Roser of Crockett; children, Charlene Roser of Fort Worth, Cely Dianne Roser and husband, Dr. Warren Redfearn of Sugar Land, Deborah Roser and Chris Jackson of Austin, Celianne Robinson and husband, Robin of Weldon; grandchildren, C. J. Schramm of Fort Worth, Om and Delia Sharma of Austin, Jack Redfearn of Sugar Land, Holly Musick of Weldon, Cody Robinson and wife, Kelli of Weldon, Caitlin Robinson and fiancé, Colby Clarkston of Weldon, Colt Robinson and Jalyn Taylor of Alva, OK, Damario Mattingly and Kaitlyn Phillips of Alva, OK, Shae Bolima of Lovelady; six great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Roser of Carmi, IL; numerous other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by first wife, Delia Roser; great-great-grandson, Avery Cook; and parents, Raymond and Marguerite Roser. Memorial services for Captain Charles "Chuck" Roser will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Mr. Bob Payne officiating.
