The Bellingham Herald (WA) 11 Feb 1987, Wed Martha J. Roser, 87, 2615 G St., died Monday in Bellingham. She was born Jan 24, 1900 in Manchester, Tenn and was a local resident for 13 years. Mrs. Roser was the past matron for the Order of the Eastern Stat. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary and the First Congregational Church in Bellingham. She was the co-owner of the Roser Department Store in Conrad, Mont.Survivors include her husband Avery of the family home; two daughters, Arla Fowler of Bellingham and Trilby McCulloch of Stockton, Calif; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be at 2 pm Thursday at the First Congregational Church with the Rev. Donel G. McClellan, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home.
