When she was 25 years old and still single, she gave birth to a baby girl named Anna Heidwig in her parents' house. The birth occurred on the 23rd of February 1841. It is recorded in the church books of the Lutheran church in Worpswede, that Thrine Ahlheit Grotheer stated during the baby's baptism, that Hinrich Lütjen from the village Friedensheim in the nearby Hambergen parish, was the father. Marriage:
She married the widower Gevert Stelljes from the village Bornreihe, which is also in the Hambergen parish, on the 9th of April 1848 in Hambergen. He was a farmer (German: Mooranbauer). He had been married with Anna Grotheer, one of Thrine Ahlheit Grotheer's older sisters. Anna Grotheer had died. (C3)

Death:
She died of a chest ailment at 7.30 a.m. on the 30th of December 1876 in her son-in-law Johann Hinrich Kück's house in Bornreihe. She was 61 years old. (C5)
