His descendants sold the farm to a man named Hinrich Monsees in 1906. Hinrich Monsees's descendants converted the house back to a farmhouse. In 1970 the old house was pulled down, and a new house erected. The address of the property in 1996 was Dorfstraße 12, Worpswede. Hinrich Monsees's grandson Bernd Monsees sent me four photos of the old and new houses in 1996.
Marriage:
He married the single Ahlheid Busch from the nearby village Hüttenbusch on the 11th of April 1806 in the Lutheran church in Worpswede. (C2)

Death:
He died of dropsy at 1.30 a.m. on the 16h of August 1864 in Neu St. Jürgen. He was a 75 years old widower. He was buried in the cemetery in Worpswede three days later. (C2)
