1 | Details: LaVerne Zimmerman LaVerne Zimmerman, 79, 923 63rd st., died Friday (Dec. 18, 1992) at her residence. Born in Kenosha on Oct. 28, 1913, she was the daughter Of William and Lena (Lichten- teller) Otto. A lifetime Kenosha resi- dent, she at- tended local schools and Zimmerman graduated from Kenosha High School. On July 16, 1932, she married Earl Zimmerman in Grace Lu- theran Church. She worked at Kenosha Hospi- tal from 1958 until her retire- ment in 1978. She attended Memorial Meth- odist Church. She was a life member of the Kenosha County Humane Society and belonged to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Letter Carriers Auxiliary and the Kenosha Hospital Retirees. Surviving are two grand- daughters and three great-grand- children. Preceding her in death were her husband; a son, David E. Zimmerman; a daughter, Donna Thompson, and her parents.
