It happened in the Town of Izbica on this day the twenty-ninth of May one thousand eighth hundred thirty one [29 May 1831] at 1 p.m.
We make it known that in the awareness of the witnesses Józef Maleko [?], farmer, 50 years old, and Maciej Kuiawa [modern spelling Kujawa], 43 years old, both of Skaszyno, this day a religious marriage was concluded between Jan Daroch, widower, of Skaszyno, born in Żydowo [?], son of Maciej and Maryianna [modern spelling Marianna], husband and wife, Daroch, resident in Skaszyno on a farm, 27 years old, and spinster Maryanna [Marianna], son of Benedykt, already deceased, and Apolonia Wiśniewski, husband and wife, of Skaszyno, 17 years old, born in Broniszewo and living in Skaszyno. The marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns on the 15th, 22nd and 29th of May of this year in the parish of Izbica, and also oral permission was given by the newlyweds’ parents present at the deed of marriage. There were no obstructions to the marriage. The newlyweds declare that they had not concluded any premarital contract.
This deed was read to the appearing persons and the witnesses, and signed only by us, as the persons mentioned above cannot write.
