Kuhn of Glasgow, died at 1:30 p.m. yesterday, April 7, 1977, at Mercy Hospital, following a brief illness. Mrs. Kuhn retired from Cleardon Manufacturing Co., Coalport. She was born June 21, 1912, in Roseland, a daughter of John C. and Ida (Hohn) McCartney, and Sept. 20, 1931, in Cumberland, Md., was married to Chester H. Kuhn. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Janet C. Davis and Mrs. Joan S. Dotts; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild and a brother and four sisters; James and Mary McCartney, Mrs. Elda Dixon, Mrs. Floyde Taterus and Mrs. Stella Troxell. Mrs. Kuhn was a member and past noble grand and past district deputy of Caroline Rebekah Lodge, Glasgow. She was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union of America and a board member of Penn Arts and Crafts. Friends will be received in the Plass Funeral Home, Glasgow, after 2 p.m. Saturday.
