1 Details: Etnst Fechner, 93, dies at hospital rnst F. Fechner, 93. 4609 171 Ave., died Friday morn ing at St. Catherine's iloqpital following a 10-dav illness. He was born in Somers town ship, Jan. 29, 1871. son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Fech ne.- He received his earlv edu cation in the schools of Kenosha County and spent his lifetime here. As a young man he farmed in Somers and later took up his trade as a carpente., On June 23, 1897, he married Miss Rosetta Becker who pre ceded him in death on Feb. 5. 1964, He was a member of the Immanuel Methodist Church and had served as a member of the church board. lie was a member of Carpenter Union 161 for more than 60 years. Ile is survived by four sons, Gilbert, Edward, Chester and Wesley and two dauahters. Mrs. Raymond (Ruth) Bloxdorf and Mrs. Eqther Freitag. all of Ke nosha. He is also survived bv one brother. John Fechner, of Arvada. Colorado. and bv 19 grandchildren and 34 great- grandchildren. Ile was preceded in death one son, Clarence, four broth ers and three sisters.
